knee pain treatment
Pls Help!! I am facing horible knee pain due to arthritis. suggest me good treatment ?
I am 29yrs i was facing last one year a horible pain in both knees. i treated them with shock by the ortho also pain in my fingers some times i cannot hold the things. recently i am using Duoflam Gel & Celadrin Cream. Pls suggest me good treatment at the earlest. i am married mother of one child my weight is 72 height is 5.5 and i am working as teacher we have to stand hole day.
Madam,
First of all, you are overweight. For your height you should not cross 60-62 kgs. Secondly, have the doctors has diagnosied the reason for which you have the knee pain. At this age, arthiritis normally should not come but it may be hereditary. Kindly chek it up. If it is really arthiritis kindly follow some of the steps detailed below.
1. Do not sit or lie on the ground, as far as possilbe. You can manage things at the chair & table, it is quite good.
2. Do not use oily food which will increase your weight.
3. Do little exercise which tolerable by you. Walk as far as possible but do not do it forcibly.
4.Avoid pain killers, to the extent possible.
5.Avoid rice, potatoes, pumpkin, sweet pumpkin, groundnut,
6.Use lot of curry leaves in your food. Do not consume thick curds, butter, etc.
7.I suggest an external application (ayurvedic) ‘Kottamchukkadi Thailam’ which is available with AVP at the entrance of the cunningham road from Coffee board side.
8.Keep the knee warm. Give hot water therapy, which will give lot of relief in cold seasons like the present one.
