knee pain remedy
knee pain.?
I have a pain in the knee fairly well when jogging or running at 3 / 4 speed. that has hurt for about 2 months. It also hurts when going down stairs (stair climbing) as soon as I take off the weight of that leg. any ideas or remedies that might try? I've been active in recent Over 4 years so it's not because just begun.
thats like me wear a knee brace not a big one, when executed and upon reaching home ice for about 30 minutes MAX
