Kidney infection & UTI or Nerve problem?
I’m 23 y/o. No diseases or illnesses. Over 4 months, I noticed that I urinated more in frequency. Til last month when I was urinating at almost every hour. I believed it to be a uti not knowing how long I’ve had it. I as prescribed 8 days of Bactrim to clear the infection. By the time I received the medication, my lower back to upper back was in really bad pain with warming sensations; on my back where kidneys are placed it so much even with touch; i had mild fevers, severe joint pains and numbness in legs, severe fatigue; nausea and vomitting; pressure and pain in bladder when trying to urinate. After finishing the antibotics, the symptoms weren’t as severe but within 3 days following the symptoms are back. I have no appetite now. I’m not sure if this is a nerve thing of a kidney infection/uti. Please help me with any information that it could be.
Also the pain is now along my spinal cord area, it’s like a burning sensation type of pain.
Could be kidney stones. I’ve passed 4 of them in the past 2-3 years. First one was the biggest and hurt pretty bad, I had half of those listed symptoms you have. Recommended doctor is a urologist so they can run some tests on you.
