Insole Orthotics
Custom or ready made orthotics?
I have had custom orthotics for many years, a result of a stress fracture around 20 years ago.
Last year, I got a pair of shoes with a spongy insole that I can wear for 3 days or so in a row without pain and without using my orthotics. Is it possible I could get ready made orthotic inserts that would do the same job?
Some of these ready mades are supposed to mould to the foot, and that would seem good, in theory.
Have you had experience with this subject, and describe it?
it is better to get custom made orthotics but ready made might be just as good depending on how bad your feet are
