Guide Meditation / hypnosis?
Hello, my question is about an audio track – a guide to meditation / hypnosis. How do I whether an audio hypnosis relaxation is a thing? I listened last night and felt a great relaxation. I felt pretty good at the time but now I'm a little scared that I might have been hypnotized? If I were, is it bad for me? What are the dangers of hypnosis? How do I know if it was just meditation? Is this stuff safe? What is the difference between meditation and hypnosis?
Each time "zone out" that is in hypnosis. Every time you see a movie and enter it you are in hypnosis. Each time you succumb to an ad that is showing hypnosis. It's nothing about Freak Out. Relax and enjoy altered states of mind to discover within yourself. Your brain is very powerful, but if you are mentally healthy are unlikely to hurt him.
