Knee pain when bending?
A couple of weeks, I started feeling pinching in the calves when I did certain movements, but that did not annoyed. Now, I feel pain in the knees every time up or down stairs, squatting, or basically any time that bend and put weight above the knee simultaneously. It's only my right knee, however. So today, I started feeling some tingling in his thigh. Can anyone tell me how to cure this or at least alleviate the pain, because I have to go to work, that makes me go up and down many stairs … Thank you!
