hip pain cure

I am experiencing lower Back Pain upto upper hips. Can i know the cause of this pain and how to cure/prevent ?

Probably your SI joint is outta whack. If that’s the case, have a physical therapist put you back. Avoid sitting cross legged, or sleeping on one side to keep in alignment.
