i want to use mud pack 4 my acne prone skin but im only 16 can i use it? and if i can how many times i use it?

Yes, you can use it. I started using facials and mud packs when I was very young and , now, nobody can even guess what my age is! It is always better to start early with good Skin Care, if you wait too long there will be too much damage to fix and it is an easy routine to get into. I always used Noxema first, then an apricot scrub, After that, I would use the mud pack and then a facial mask that peels off of your skin. It only takes about 1 and a half hours but , in the long run, it is worth every minute of it!
