Neem powder?

What the Hesh Neem is used in herbal powder to remove dandruff? Should I make a paste like I'm going to apply it in face, and use it as that on my scalp? Furthermore, after applying the powder of Neem, am I supposed to use a shampoo? And if my hair is black, will not change — color right? Thanks guys! =) =)

dandruff is necessary to apply directly on the scalp, only then apply to wet hair. then wash Your Hair as usual with a good conditioner. Hope this helps:)
