I swallowed toothpaste the size of my head the finger! No!?

I am under 15 years and I accidentally swallowed a quantity finger head herbal Crest peppermint extract. I have had incidents where I swallowed some mouthwash and toothpaste from time to time, but it was not nothing. What should I do?

You should be fine. You do not swallow enough fluoride to cause any harm. At best, the stomach might feel a little uncomfortable. If that happens, drink a glass of milk or anything containing calcium, and it will join with fluorine.
