What is the recommended daily dose for Red Panax Ginseng?
I'm thinking of taking this type of ginseng for fatigue, but the picture I have of 30 dyes, 10 ml each. I'm worried because the force is 4500 mg. Table recommended that you take one a day, before bed, or in the morning. Has anyone had any experience with ginseng? I understand, is Gensing while drinking Green Tea may be useless. Some of the literature I found online recommended to take only one 100 to 200 mg per day. Any ideas? Dosage: Select a product that is standardized to contain at least 7% ginsenosides. For general health and fight against fatigue: Take 100 to 250 mg of Panax ginseng once or twice day. To support the body in times of stress or during recovery from an illness: Take 100 to 250 mg twice daily. Guidelines for Use – Start at the bottom the dosage range and increase your intake gradually. Some experts recommend that you stop taking ginseng for one week every two or three weeks and then resume your dose regular. In some cases, ginseng can be rotated with other immune-stimulating herbs such as Siberian ginseng or astragalus.
