What can I do to help build leg muscles?
I just got the cast on a broken ankle, but the lack of movement tion iv lost about 50% of muscles, and that basically means i cannot support my weight, even with crutches, what can I do to help to build the calf, thigh, hamstring again until at least the record straight as my other leg, his condition a few days since the distribution is left, and Im gonna check into a physiotherapist in a few days to see what can be done.
