Gum Tincture

how do i Get Rid of this pain?

i have been to the dentist who said i have a large upper widom tooth that is pressing on my lower gum and inflaming it.
i’m on antibiotics and taking paracetamol and tramadol for arthritis, so i can only take ibrubrofen as an extra painkiller.
iv’e tried tooth tincture and bongela but nothing lasts.
i cant open my mouth because my jaw is stuck so i’m eating anything like soup and weetabix.
it’s been like this for a week now.
i’d be grateful if anyone could think of anything i haven’t thought of already.

i forgot to mention i am going to make an appointment to have the tooth out as soon as my jaw will open. need pain releif until then

they tell you not to do this,but put a Heating Pad on the side that hurts!i swear to you it will help!
