How can I cure my Heel Spur?

I have a heel spur. when I wake in the morning I can not walk properly and can not rest your heel on the floor. Gradually, after a few minutes becomes less painful. I had a checkup before the doctor says this is normal and I gave medicine (Brufen). He also suggested me some excercise but no help at all! She also gave me a gel support to keep the shoe, but all INVAIN!

My doctor told me that many people have heel spurs. I had the same pain since May. My doctor said it was plantar Facitus. The tendon or muscle at the bottom of your foot is pressed into the night, it hurts worse in the morning. Sit on the bed and loop a towel around the bottom of the foot (the ball foot) and pull back to stretch the toes. Hold for 20 seconds. Do this 40 times. Stretch before bed. Another exercise that really helps me is be facing a wall to put the fingers and toes on the wall and the heel should be on the ground. Stretch it that way. Plastic Heel a medical supply store $ 6.00 each has really helped me. Also, my doctor told me that no sandals or shoes that have no support. Always buy running shoes because they are better. Ibprophen Take 3 tablets 3x a day to reduce swelling. Good luck!
