How do I install a claw foot tub, if no pipe connections on the ground?

I bought an old claw tub feet, that needs a key type of diversion. My problem is that most foot tubs connect with water pipes through the floor. My bath going to be sitting on a concrete floor. Can I use the tubes through the wall using exsisting pipes that were used to my shower?

Best bet would be to build a 2×6 platform to set on. Ours actually looks good and works for pipelines and drainage. Many ways to set up nice.
