Foot Insoles
Should I get orthopedic shoes and insoles, or just buy the type of shoes and insoles for feet?
I have flexible flat feet and I over pronate much. After cross-country skiing, my bow, knees, shins and ankles hurt a little. My arch of right foot is in pain. Should I simply buy running shoes for flat feet (Asics Evolution 5 are the'm thinking and Dr.Scholl 's support for the arch or knee pain), or should I go to a doctor feet and get orthopedic specialist? Thank you.
If over the counter things will work then use, if you still have problems, then you must pay much more money and get the doctor inserts his foot.
