Flip Back

Any advice on how to do a backflip?

I'm trying to encourage leaders of my school, and we have already practiced some tricks one of them is the back flip. Most everyone can do, but I can not. Any advice on how to complete a back flip?

I just received the mine, heres what PPL said … (Psalm fall back flip no stunting) to get used to the feeling of being upside down and goes on a trampoline. then try things to do outside on a mat. make sure you set, high jump, grab your legs when Tuck and pull them in, and opening only takes time to adjust. practice, practice, practice!
