Is the nursing home so they can fall to my sister?
My sister had fallen several times, staff are aware of their risk of falling, finally alarm was in bed did not work and fell and hurt his head badly. She went downhill after that and suffered with bed sores, there was received medications when needed and died months later.
This is not easy to prove that their falls were due to negligence of staff of the home homes. If I were you, I would be very suspicious.
