To be clear these are the ingredients in my hand sanitizer. I use it about 4-5 times a day (germaphobe) and I’m just worried I’ll damage my skin.
The alcohol in it can dry out and/or irritate your skin when used frequently. However, I don’t think 4 to 5 times a day will harm you if you haven’t been noticing any adverse reactions.
