Jogging – Which is more energy and stamina consuming?
1) running track in stadiums
2) uneven ground with numerous tiny stones, you are running an inch above ground level on those tiny rocks ( those around reservoir)
3) jogging around the neighbourhood

I’m training for a half marathorn, which will be the best for training a long distance run?
You won’t see a big difference regarding energy and stamina based on the evenness of the surface. Uneven surfaces do have the advantage of strengthening your ankles and stabilization muscles/tissues.
The “softness” of a surface will make a slight difference though, a surface that you sink into (such as a beach, for example) requires more energy to push off with each step than a hard surface.
I would suggest option 3. Since you’ll be doing fairly long runs during your training, you’ll go absolutely nuts running laps on a track. While the reservoir will serve your purpose, if the footing is poor or there are a lot of rocks, you are exposing yourself to risk of injury from slipping or falling. Your neighborhood should work just fine, and since most half marathons are on pavement anyway, it will Help Your body gradually get accustomed to the impact over long runs.
