how can i cure or reduce the pain of tendonitis?
my mom just went to the doctors cuz she kept on complaining bout pain in her elbow and the doctor classified it as tendonitis.she was perscribed some large pills with bout 500ml and it doesnt really help.any alternatives or better ways of helping?
