Any advice for extra after ear piercing care?

I just got my ears repierced and swim twice almost every day. I clean my ears three times a day with the antiseptic. Any other suggestions to keep your ears healthy?

Hey I got a parakeet my ears a couple of years here are some tips 1. dont keep them out at all times until I guess U are a. 2. keep them clean to avoid being infected. 3.Turn them so the skin doesn't grow around them. I hope that helped to Peace.
