How do you tell the difference in the mold and black mold? The contractor is saying I'm a troublemaker,?
I've been saying the owner of where I live and work that I have black mold, that behind all the plasterboard from the walls, the black has come through the walls, and each time it rains, this has been happening for over 6 months, my house is flooded, and baseboards are just dropped, ect .. covered with mottled black mold, black mold or is this the mold. He says it's mold, but this has been going on for so long, it has been, going by what the contractor has taken over six months to find the leak and the owner stands by what the contractor says, and I got twice repiratory infections, antibiotics stay, and my sinuses / allergies are so bad, I arn't year take medications to help the pain in my face, so my dr. knows nothing more to do than send me to the ear, nose and throat dr. The owner says there is no pollen in the air, I know, but, taking medication for that, and my meds arn't working, and can not keep taking antibiotics.
I tell my landlord that I have to exit the lease, because the place is uninhabitable. They are obligated by law to provide a healthy place to live. Its a real law so do not let him rip you off. If he does not let you leave the rental fee free then tell him you are brought to court. Trust me get the problem be solved in one way or another. I had the same problem. I got out of the lease and still have a refund for health care!
