I’m turning 23, a type 1 diabetic, and I need support for medical insurance. Where can I find help….??

I’m turning 23 and have type 1 diabetes, and will be taken off my parents Calpers insurance soon since I am an adult now, I’m only a student and need help finding a government program or organization that can help support me with medical insurance, can someone help me out? I’ve heard of other organizations ACA that assisted those who had for example, cancer…Is there any for diabetics?
