I'm a nursing student. How can I use a stethoscope / sleeve?

I'm a nursing student very curious semester 1st taking my pre-reqs. So I'm not YET in the nursing program. But I bought a double-headed stethoscope and cuff and I tried to learn how use. The stethoscope dont work at all, in his pieces dont kno how to put together the right way. when I try to hear the heartbeat, nothing. I have no idea how to use the cuff at all. I want to be ahead of myself and learn how to do these basic tasks of nursing. step by step instructions much appreciated thank u

First you put the cuff is inflated to about 180 what ever there called PSI, or something, I do not know what is measured in PSI, but will work for now. Put the stethoscope over the right elbow joint, inside the arm. Start to release pressure, slower than the more accurate version of its measurement will be. You're going to hear a change is going to be like a blow that will be the number of your fist. Then you get a low when the "coup" leaves.
