What shirt / tie attachment I use with my tone on tone black pinstripe suit to a wedding?

If anyone knows anything about whether I can and should lead a shirt with French cuffs or not. what the occation shirt with white collar for? and of course what the patterns and colors of the shirt and tie would better? best, most thought out gets the points! thanks!
