how do you do a compression wrap on the thigh properly? Or if you could give me a sports medicine website?

Ace bandage from toe to upper thigh. Start at the toe of foot and work your way up. It should be somewhat firm against skin, but not tight, and keep a general crisscross pattern. Start one straight around, loop up around the heel and come down a bit as coming forward, repeat & come forward from opposite angle. Just think, “up and down” or “back and forth”.

Keep going up till end of bandage. Make sure bandage covers entire area, to avoid swelling. A bandage covering thighs would require 2 or 3 bandages- depending upon size of legs as well as size of bandages.
