A good night's sleep is essential to recharge your energy and bring peace of mind and a feeling of peace and balance. Unfortunately, many people suffer from sleep disorders. They take prescription drugs and herbal remedies and even sleeping problems.

What is the main cause of insomnia and disorders Sleep? A body of energy that is full of negative energy. Where does this negative energy come from? It is primarily our beleifs negative thoughts, actions and speech. CME is the ongoing fear, anger, anxiety and concern lives lur n. What about re-fresh the mind and body when you sleep well at night? When you sleep deeply, drawing in energy chi (life force energy) that re-energizes and repair your mind, body and spirit. Chi is the energy greatest medicine of all. But if you can not sleep, not based on sufficient amounts of chi energy to good health and happiness. If your body with energy is blocked by negative energy, you will not sleep well. The best cure for insomnia and sleep disorders is a clean, healthy body and vibrant energy (aura, chakras and meridians), peace of mind, a system of positive beliefs and positive thinking and a balanced mind, body and spirit. Chi (energy of life energy) flow naturally if your body is free energy and negative energy is clean, healthy and vibrant. If you feel full negative energy is likely to suffer from depression, anxiety and insomnia.

We can not expect to sleep well, if we have a negative mind-set. We can not sleep well when consumed by anger, fear, jealousy, hatred, guilt and / or low self-esteem. We owe it to ourselves to work the inner happiness, calmness and balance first. This is self-love. We owe it to ourselves to put out negative thoughts and take a positive mind and belief system. This is no self-esteem and pride, we will not find happiness.

When you get angry, find a quiet place and do some calming thoughts. Close your eyes and breathe deeply in and out. Imagine you are breathing in white light and pure unconditional love deeply in the lungs and exhaling all the anger, fear and negativity as the black smoke.
