What can cause pain behind the kneecap?
Two weeks ago I started noticing that it hurt to use my left leg to climb stairs. Since then he has been getting worse. Now when I get out of your chair at work I can not put any weight on it, I have to use my leg right, the same with out my car. Now as I sit here my knee is throbbing and the pain feels like its right behind the knee. What could be? I had problems with this knee in the past and often does crack … any suggestions? Thank you!
This might be due to particles inside cartilate the kneecap causing pain. You may have to do strengthening exercises, so no pressure on the knee. Please consult a good doctor ortho and get an MRI to diagnose. Good luck
