How do I Get Rid of me ?!?!? garlic breath

I had a fantastic plate of garlic Alfredo Penne yesterday and leftovers today, and my breath REEKS garlic! I have to work tomorrow! Haha, I find this funny, but there is something I can do to get rid of it, or even decrease? Others are upset that other for me when I talk to them, I really dont care! I heard that works Parsley, but I tried that before and it has not yet. Then only Parsley garlic breath! If this worked, how much I have to eat? I ate a lot! I need help! (I'm a lover of Italian garlic, so much have this problem and a solution to make my existing life peers garlic easier!)

Chew on a few sprigs of fresh parsley, another option is to chew fresh mint or drinking a large glass of hot mint tea. Also, be sure to give teeth a good brushing and flossing as well. Many people also find that cleaning language is a good way of reducing garlic breath. You can "scrape" the language, simply adding a little toothpaste to your brush and work in the tongue from back to front. This will help eliminate some of the bacteria and odor build up.
