Bitter Melon
I wonder how to prepare fresh juice of bitter melon?
Since I came to know that if a tablespoon of amla juice taken with a cup of fresh juice of bitter melon is very good in treating diabetics.
Slice bitter melon lengthwise in half. Spoon the white pulp and seeds. Bittermelon Cut into small pieces and put in a juicer, turn on the machine and viola! Bittermelon have your fresh juice. I take every morning about my diabetes. To counteract the bitter taste and to sweeten the juice, are mixed with pineapple juice freshly collected.
