Can anyone suggest a good posture Back Support?
I have terrible posture and I am looking for a good posture back support. I also wonder how do you know what size is right for you? any suggestions or advice is appreciated! 
I'm in a ton of pain, but my father is in his 2nd round surgery for a herniated disc and fractured vertebra. The doctor has warned that could happen to me if my posture is not corrected, that's how bad it is.
Are you in great pain because of his position? if that's the case, then you can do something to Get Rid of pain. If you are in pain, why try change what you are? If it is something that is natural that says it's right for you? I've seen people try to "fix" themselves for what they are like everyone else and end up in nothing but grief trying to do and end up staying the same after all the pain. Just a heads up on the end of that for you. We were made by different reasons. Understanding that not everything bad can be bad for us that is important. If you are giving to be like the rest do not think they will be oneself. If you have children is that what you want to know about life is that if you do not like the rest that do not fit in?
