How do I Get Rid of acne on my arms back and shoulders?

I am a woman of 16 and I have like all these small pimples on my body especially on the back and arms, and I wanted to know how I could remove them?! I have not much money for what can not be expensive! please help me. appreciate u!

I use st. Ives. apricot scrub. use a loofah and acne equal to zero in the shower, then use a toner cartridge. problem is likely from oily skin or sweat, so be sure to use a good toner. soap or Neutrogena skin, which are like two buck a bar. nothing too expensive.
