How do you Get Rid of bumps on the back of my arm/ shoulder?

I have had these bumps for a very long time and I am so sick of my older sister always saying that I don’t wash my body and its not just bumps, its body acne.

exfoliate the area each time you have a shower. i get them too. Be quite vigorous with it and put a good moisturizer on after wards
