Pain in the arch of left foot?

Its in the left half of the arc in the middle class extends foot.It somewhere near the top of the left of the ball left my foot. No ball, but just before the gap between the ball and foot. I know I said ball left, but I just that what stands in the left foot. It hurts after running or doing something which makes it absorb shock. I have a plastic key that supports the right in the center of my right foot. It could be the key My foot hurts, but still for a while after, even if I take my shoe.
