I mean, if you look at Miss World and all other model programs, these models are above of 5'7 in height.

This depends mainly on what in the model. In general, models of high stylyst request for the track, like the clothes looking best in girls high. Models for photo-work [print, catalogs, art] is not necessary that high. There also exists a category of models called "petite models', and not high at all, in fact, are short. You can be a model, even if 5'6" [which is my current size]; insurance you probably will not make any runway at Dolce & Gabbana, CK, or the big names [if not impossible, Thomas], but the answer is: No, the models do not have to be high all the time.
