I have a hearing aid behind the ear and I've been getting funny buzzing, static type noises. What is causing

I have been using my hearing aid behind the ear for several years and recently I realized that I have short busts a curious buzzing or static sound. I'm close to all devices that can cause this problem. Anyone have any idea what is wrong?

Get you to the repair of hearing-est! I suspect that not a battery defective. If you've been using this term aid, so their aid when the battery is going south. Most likely a problem with the electronics. Obviously you can not diagnose the problem from this distance, but I suspect one of the following. 1) A bad connection (solder joint or cable), 2) a bad microphone, or 3) a bad speaker – or a combination of any of the foregoing, 4) the speaker / microphone is free inside the support (the glue has broken). And, of course, the ever popular – the amplifier chip has decided to bite the big one. If help is more than 5 years old, is to some extent, living on borrowed time. They all die eventually. The ear is not the best neighborhood to work. You have to endure noise with a pile of dirt (ear wax), which is hot and humid, and can fry your strong bowels. Check if the aid is still under warranty and / or see if your insurance covers a new one. Unfortunately, I think this will cost a few dollars.
