Difference between circumcision as a baby and adult?

What is the exact difference between being circumcised as a baby and circumcision is practiced as an adult? Is there a difference real appearance? Is there the same amount of sexual pleasure whether circumcision as a baby and adults?

For a baby without anesthesia gene is given, and the procedure is different. A baby is more likely to die of blood loss (about few children die each year from circumcision). For a baby glans must be separated from internal foreskkin (which is more painful than pulling out fingernails). After many years, the glans will harden and does not swell and contract as if of course – that gets stuck small. The later circumsiion time becomes less is in this sense.
