My neighbor says he has easement rights on my land, what are my rights?
Help! I bought my house last year and have already been told my neighbor who has easement on a common pathway. It is desired parking space in this piece of land that half of the same. Two members of my family are disabled and need wheelchair access at the rear of our property at all times. If this car park land i have no way to enter or leave my home in my wheelchair. What are my rights? The property is in Scotland.
